Got an old bike that’s been outgrown, or just no longer loved? Why not give it a new lease of life and sell it at the Dragon Sale?
We now have a good selection of bikes for sale — see our video on YouTube.
Our price promise — We will be £5 cheaper than e-bay for the same make / model (based on our searches) + NO POSTAGE costs!
All bikes will be serviced and sold "as seen" with their brakes working, tyres pumped up and chains oiled ready to cycle!
Either Donate your old bike to the Sale (we’ll try to get a good price) or 50:50 — split the proceeds (just like ski wear). Don’t worry about the condition – we can do a little maintenance to make it roadworthy again
For 50:50, label the bike with your name, email, mobile number, address, optional reserve price (remembering you’ll get half) and return or recycle if unsold (we’ll try VERY hard to sell it !)
Travel Guide
New for the 2010 Sale - a brand new Dragon Travel Guide,
which aims to celebrate the diversity of Dragons with a guide written by children for the
whole family. Full of useful information for going on holiday or just visiting somewhere for
a few days, we're inviting you to let other Dragons
know what you enjoy most in the city of place you know best!
Download the Dragon Sale Travel Guide Form, and have a look at an example.
Christmas Cards
Something to think about over the summer holiday -
this year we would love
any Dragon (current, past, teacher or parent) to design a Christmas card to
be sold on behalf of the Sale. Entries should feature a Dragon somewhere in
your creation, and the closing date for entries will be Friday 24th
September. Entries can be left in the Dragon Sale postbox at the Lodge
please include your name, school class (if appropriate) and a contact email
address or phone number too.
